We are a Glasgow based independent bottler. We offer a range of scotch whiskies covering single malts, blended malts, and grain whiskies under the Deerstalker name (first registered 1880).
We welcome individual buyers, retailers, and importers to our site.
Many of our bottlings feature carefully selected whiskies from lesser known distilleries.
Blended Malt
Peated Edition – Six peated single malts from Highland and Islay distilleries. Finished in Ardmore casks for 6 months. Lightly peated about 19ppm. Amber in colour light smoke, faint medicinal nose.
Highland Edition – Seven single malts of differing ages,selected by a master distiller. Brought together and left in cask for over 6 months. Macduff, Balmenach are two of the malts comprising our Highland Edition. Gold in colour, barley & honey, long finish.
Highland Single Malt
Our most popular whisky is this 12 Year Old single malt. It’s a classic example of a balanced Highland malt whisky.
We have sourced the malt from the same distillery for over 50 years. It is located close to Granton On Spey and is rarely available as a single malt.
The stills have relatively short necks giving rise to a richer fuller bodied spirit.
Presentation features a modern day stalker and iconic ‘deerstalker hat’ .
Limited Release
Single cask bottlings at around 48% abv and aged 15 Years and above.
Each bottle is sequentially numbered and has tasting notes and the bottling date. Casks taken from both malt and grain distilleries.

Wild Scotland
A collection of single cask bottlings featuring on each label a bird or mammal found in the wilder regions of Scotland. Examples being Golden eagle, Capercaille, Scottish Wildcat, Mountain hare.
Bottled at close to cask strength and between 9 and 12 Years of age.
We have featured Ben Nevis, Deanston, Fettercairn and Glen Ord as recent bottlings.
